The position is full-time, and you will join a team of approximately 15 property managers within the Condominium business area at HSB Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

As a Property Manager at HSB Gothenburg, you play a key role in the organization. Your main task is to ensure, on behalf of our customers (the boards of condominium associations), that members receive quality and security in their housing. Your role involves active advisory services regarding technical, financial, and other management issues for the customer. Depending on the nature of the case, the manager acts as the client for assignments both internally and externally. The manager is the customer's extended arm and consultant in management matters. You will work together with a dedicated group of managers who ensure our delivery to the customer. Evening meetings may occur in this role.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have relevant education from a university college or university. We prefer that you have several years of experience as a manager where you have been responsible for your own projects. We also assume that you have knowledge in economics, such as budgeting and financial reporting. Since the role involves significant customer contact, we believe you have previous experience in roles where the customer is the focus.

A valid B driver's license and your own car are required for the position.

Personal Qualities

You enjoy working independently and have an easy time understanding and grasping the customer's needs. If you also enjoy that every day is different and have the ability to sell in our services to create added value for the customer, you have good prerequisites for thriving in this role with us. Furthermore, we believe you are relationship-building and communicative.
